So far they're amazing. 0 problems. I am afraid to use the card to do anything except paying credit cards. I know people try to get bank information, really glad I don't worry. I've heard horror stories from other banks, I have not had any problems. Yakima Federal even wires to other states with the information they need. I love how nice they are in the building. 5 star service.
I am a old man who is not great with technology, McKensie and Bonnie at the bank are so helpful and I am thankful and blessed to have them helping me. Thank you both so much!
So far they're amazing. 0 problems. I am afraid to use the card to do anything except paying credit cards. I don't want someone to steal my money. My brother doesn't have my bank but it is a credit union. In Colorado. He's had his account emptied more than once. He got it back after an investigation. That's just wrong though. It makes me worry. Yakima Federal hasn't had any issues with. Me thankfully. I love how nice they are in the building. 5 star service.
Been with Yakima Federal for almost 33 years. From our home loan made easy and kept locally, to our checking, and savings, CDs. These people do it right. The wonderful professional staff put customer service first. They make "banking" friendly and easy. Thank you Yakima Federal Ellensburg for making my life easier.
I have been with Yakima Federal for longer than I can remember. Their customer service is stellar always and most of their employees stay there forever, so that in itself speaks volumes. I love you Yakima Fed!
