Very nice people great customer service
My elderly mom has been a customer for 16 years. Her husband died and the pension and social security was delayed due to their error. Her checks were bouncing as a result. I sent her a check for 5000$ to cover until they straightened out the error. Yakima Federal put a 7 day hold on my check so her house payment, insurance payment and every other check continued to bounce. After 16 years of banking with them and knowing the problems she was having through no fault of her own, i would have expected MUCH more from a local bank... read more
