Dont value their customers at all.
I’m so tired of people In customer service being so disrespectful. I wanted $40 in quarters and the rep said I can give you $30. I need $40, I can give you $30. We don’t communicate well, and as my mother always told me, young gonna get along with everyone you meet. I go to the branch Orchard. I ask them is there a shortage on qtrs, she said no and gives me $40. If I see him at the drive thru..I’m gonna keep it moving..if you can be anything, be kind!! Funny thing is, it’s only with him, anyone else will give me $40!
The 40th ave branch has fixed so many errors caused by the downtown branch it's NOT AT ALL FUNNY. I'm livid!!!! They're always friendly, even when I was overly vocal about the mismanagement of said money by the downtown branch. Have used this branch for years then started finding discrepancies after popping into the down town branch. Won't go downtown ever again. Might just close my accounts because they made it worse instead of better. Thanks 40th ave branch for managing my money with a smile for all these years!
