Absolutely terrible experience I had a medical bill from 2021 and didn't know about it till they sent me a letter with a court appearance. It was for $200 and I would of paid it but the interest they put on it jacked it up to $600 and I got a lawyer to try and help me negotiate it down since I was 18 at the time I was sleeping in my car and extremely low income I tried to get them to compromise to 425 so the original bill and some interest. I wish there were a rating lower than one star for this collection agency. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I engaged with them, it was evident that professionalism and ethics were not part of their vocabulary. Firstly, their communication was abysmal. I was bombarded with incessant calls and emails, often at odd hours, making me feel harassed and stressed.
