Bought an item from Cabela's. Never got it. Contacted Railblaza who told me, it's a yakgear issue. Then yakgear contacted me saying it's a railblaza issue. Seems one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. The products are great. The people in charge of mail order and customer service need retraining or new jobs.
A huge shout out to Eric who helped me resolve my issue with my transducer mount. He definitely went above and beyond and was able to resolve my issue. Thanks to him and the Yakgear team in Houston
I would advise anyone not to do business with YakGear. The product I ordered from them is inferior with very misleading installation instructions. When I contacted them to let them know my dissatisfaction, the response I received from Bill Bragman was condescending and frankly insulting. He even insinuated that it wasn't their product that I had purchased. Things go wrong in this world, I get that. However, it is how you respond and remedy issues.
