These people should be selling cotton candy at the circus - not managing your money. Numerous problems with them over the years, culminating with them not helping me after I was the victim of fraud. My debit card was stolen, police report filed etc, and they would not help and treated me like I was the criminal. Take your money elsewhere!
If I could give their mortgage department zero stars I would. Worst process ever!
