Was reached out to by Sean Kelley. Offered to sell me a Predator Sang Lee i spent a week trying to find. Sold me just the butt only even tho the ebay ad had a shaft with it. Gave me a small discount and was super easy to reach on the phone by calling the store number. The other employees I spoke to briefly we're also very kind and helpful.

I ordered a cue extension from them on Christmas day. When I received the order confirmation I realized that it would be sent to my old address. I reached out to them to change the address. I got told that due to eBay's policy, U2 play could not change the address after order confirmation. They said to avoid the hassle of cancelling my order to use a link they provided to reroute it through the UsPs.
