Bought a Trek Multitrack (used) and was assured the bike was road worthy. It was not. No treads on the tires, brake cables were routed wrong, a gear cable was frayed, and when I called to be reimbursed the owner told me that was not the case (in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary). My family went on a short vacation to Mansfield and I thought cycling would be a fun activity since we had hiked (malabar farms) and rafted (Mohican). However with three non-independent riders I knew we would need some specialty equipment. As soon as I explained our situation they were happy to have bikes ready to go first thing the next day—one adult bike with a trailer, one adult bike with a trail-a-bike and a 20” for my 8yo. Staff are second to none. Won’t find this service at the fancy boutique stores.

dropped off a rim for a overhaul, 9 days later no excuse to why it wasn't done just sorry we couldn't get it done in your timeframe(even though it was 4 days past their own timeline)..... I was told just the day before when they first opened I was next in line and when I showed up the next day its not touched and they were working on two other bikes. they were only suppose to have it 5 days to begin with. oh and i called 3 times left messages with no returned calls...... and I don't live in Lexington will not be going back
