Do not trust this company. Based on my experience, their customer service has been extremely poor. Once they receive your money, they don’t properly communicate with you or provide the guidance and support you expect. Instead, they keep sending generic templates and responses that don’t address your actual concerns. I also felt that they lacked proper knowledge and guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend Y-Axis services. A special thanks to Srikant who guided me throughout the entire process, from document preparation to the skills assessment, and made everything smooth and stress free. Shweta Vohra also supported me in completing my skills assessment application without any issues. Overall, I had a great experience with the Y-Axis team.

Hi based on my experience, Y-Axis service has been really bad and they keep in touch with you only until you pay the money during the initial phase. After that the communication and service levels decline significantly. I have been trying to contact the person whom I liaised with for 4 months now and I neither get a reply to my messages nor calls. I see a significant decline in their service and responsibilities. This is pathetic. It was totally waste of money around $2,000.

Y-Axis helped us through our Australian citizenship application, and Carlisle Khan and Vinay Kumar were responsive and easy to reach with questions throughout the process. There was a bit of a mix-up with an appointment reschedule but the team stayed on top of everything — from document checklists to test scheduling.
