Extremely disappointed with Y-Axis Immigration Services. They took the full payment upfront and have done absolutely nothing since. We had to constantly follow up and escalate multiple times just to get any basic response. There’s no proper communication, no progress updates, and clearly no sense of responsibility. Despite raising concerns, no one seems to care or take ownership. It feels like a complete waste of money and time. Further edit: I wanted to share my experience with Y-Axis, particularly regarding their so-called “senior” team. After raising concerns about delays and lack of transparency, we received a call from someone claiming to be a senior representative. He expressed concern, acknowledged that there had indeed been delays on their part, and said he wanted to understand and review all aspects of our case thoroughly.
