Fast friendly service always satisfied
I’ve always liked y-12 fcu but today the teller, Sydney was more than helpful and so kind. I had to close and reopen my account and she made the process extremely smooth and easy.
Not a great experience as a whole with y-12. They dont help those with good credit scores, the auto loan they provided me was predatory at best. Instead of the agreed 4 year term, they add all these “fees and insurances” that if I paid the agreed upon amount each month it would take me decades to pay off. They told me they held titles in the oak ridge office. They do not. They allow the state to hold title. So in essence they dont have the ability to keep your assets safe and pawn that duty onto the government.
