This place is amazing I've had reptiles for over 25 years, best and kindest place I've been too and all of the reptiles are very well taken care of very impressed compared to A LOT of other places they REALLY care about these animals🥰 A+ keep doing that great work y'all
Got my baby banana pinstripe ball from them arrived and was health been over a month now with him he was born November 2025
Absolutely wonderful communication until delivery during and afterwards. Took advice and they helped me get delivered to a local hub considering I messed up and didn't have set up that way. My son's baby came as just that a beautiful perfect baby warm and ready to eat.. package so carefully and in my eyes respectfully for the animal. Extremely Greatful for xyzreptiles as my son had a bad experience from a pet store. Thanks again for honesty and communication and a healthy safe arrival.
When simply asking questions about shipping I was told I was arguing and my order was canceled without further discussion. When I asked I got no response. Horrible business practice as a business owner myself would never behave like this. I was able to right away find a different seller where I expressed my concerns right away and was assured their business practices were better and this other company had better reviews.
