When simply asking questions about shipping I was told I was arguing and my order was canceled without further discussion. When I asked I got no response. Horrible business practice as a business owner myself would never behave like this. I was able to right away find a different seller where I expressed my concerns right away and was assured their business practices were better and this other company had better reviews. My son bought a banana ball python. It came to us as they said within two days. It’s a beautiful creature healthy my son is very pleased with the purchase and a good price and when I called them, they were very courteous thank you
I would give them -5 stars if it was possible. I called them at 930am. The owner picked up and I asked id this xyzreptiles? The owner replied yes but why are you calling this early and proceeded to hang up on me.... extremely unprofessional
