My son bought a banana ball python. It came to us as they said within two days. It’s a beautiful creature healthy my son is very pleased with the purchase and a good price and when I called them, they were very courteous thank you
I would give them -5 stars if it was possible. I called them at 930am. The owner picked up and I asked id this xyzreptiles? The owner replied yes but why are you calling this early and proceeded to hang up on me.... extremely unprofessional

STAY AWAY! Ordered female snake, they sent a male. On top of that it was emaciated and died a week later. Customer service was horrible and offered no help. They even went as far as blocking my ip from their website.
I've been buying my ball pythons from this place for over 10 years, a total of about 9 snakes. I've had all kinds of snakes most of my life. The earlier ball pythons I got years ago from XYZ are doing great, never had any issues. The last 4 (over the last 2 years) have had issues. The initial quality of the animal upon arrival is good, but they've all had some sort of problem when it comes to eating. 3/4 of these recent ones have died.
