Amazing customer service yesterday at the this pet store. Only one guy working the store and with 8-10 customers all walking around, checking out, buying reptiles for their 9 year old daughter he’s still able to continue educating people in the store about different species of snakes, scorpions, geckos, and lizards, and make the kids laugh all at the same type. This dude was the best. This reptile emporium of a store was an epic experience to visit as well. XYZ reptiles you’ve got my business.
Just received my baby pastel yellow belly ball python. The little girl arrived at my door in great shape and she is beautiful. She’s very calm and alert. We have fallen in love with her. XYZ Reptiles far surpasses any other shop I have dealt with. I know I’ll be doing more business with you guys.
