My son bought a banana ball python. It came to us as they said within two days. It’s a beautiful creature healthy my son is very pleased with the purchase and a good price and when I called them, they were very courteous thank you
I would give them -5 stars if it was possible. I called them at 930am. The owner picked up and I asked id this xyzreptiles? The owner replied yes but why are you calling this early and proceeded to hang up on me.... extremely unprofessional

STAY AWAY! Ordered female snake, they sent a male. On top of that it was emaciated and died a week later. Customer service was horrible and offered no help. They even went as far as blocking my ip from their website.
