I don't know what their issue is with their servers, but they need to get it sorted out before they continue to sell textbooks. They've wasted countless hours of my time while their servers are unresponsive. When this site works, it's great, but about 75% of the time the textbook wouldn't even load, regardless of browser type. Constant 'connection timed out' errors when trying to open other chapters or flip through pages.
