Bike is absolutely awesome but customer service is the worst I have ever come across. I have called 4 times now to have some parts sent to me that was promised when I purchased the bike. Each time I called I was told that they would be in the mail right away. Well 5 months later, I’m still waiting

Called on a Friday June 12th to rent a E-Bike said could not get till Monday afternoon waited till 1:00 Monday afternoon no E-Bike so called they said could not get till Tuesday l go home Saturday did not feel like paying $ 285 for 3days so cancelled will not give them a good review and advise anybody not to rent from them had to give one star so I could right a review otherwise they would not have any

BEWARE I ordered my bike from these guys in FEB they said it would be in by last week in FEB they called said they need last half of payment so I payed in full they said it'll be there by March 15 but it wasn't so called them they said they had to put them together yet so told them I want my money back that was 8 days ago but they still haven't put money back on card all he wants to do is argue when I call him so consider yourself warned!!!!!!

A great time was had by all. These bikes are incredible!!! Very well built, SAFE, rugged design, smooth ride and lots of power!!! Thank you so much Tommy, I believe that I will own one of these Xtreme Fat Tire Bikes in the very near future!
