I stopped by Xtracycle looking for a traditional biking cap only to find this is not a bike shop in the traditional sense. This shop is more in the business of high tech, pedal-assist bikes and the like. Nothing wrong with that, they just didn't have my hat. Regardless, great guys. I became curious and fascinated about the Carbon Gates Belt drives instead of chain and decided to head into Xtracycle to test ride a few of their Priority belt driven bicycles. I had a delightful experience as Joe walked me through the various models and their unique features and differences. Joe even went so far to customize and modify the handle bar height with risers to ensure I was comfortable with the test ride! Awesome people at the service of exceptional bicycles. Joe and his team make you feel like a truly valued client every time. They take the time to let you try bikes, fine-tune them exactly to your needs, and ensure everything is perfect. I strongly recommend both this place and Priority bikes.
