Really friendly and helpful staff! They hooked me up with a new tube when I had a flat tire mid way through my bike trip. They also have some great bikes, especially for hauling kids
My wife and I went to test ride a couple of bikes at Xtracycle. Joe was exceptionally friendly, informed, and helpful! We can tell there's real genuine passion at the shop. There was no pressure to buy anything. We had a lot of fun and a wonderful experience at Xtracycle!

Not only do we love our xtracycle bike - we love the guys who help keep our bikes running! Something got stuck in our bike on a ride today and we happened to be within walking distance of the shop. Jamie and his colleague took us in (even though they weren’t even open!) found the offending debris, filled our tires, capped our bike stand, and sent us on our way. Awesome service, awesome guys. Highly recommend both for bikes and stellar customer service experience.
High quality bikes and an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Been very happy with the Stoker model I picket up over a year ago and ride it on fire roads all around Marin with no problem. Steve and Joe have been really helpful and open to answer any questions I have had coming into the shop.
