Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Picked up ALTRA Men's Torin 8 Road Running Shoe. Gate analysis, width and length measurements. Listened to my unique challenges (Obesity, joint pain, swelling) and chose multiple pairs of shoes for me to try. So great I turned around a couple blocks so my wife can get a new pair of running shoes as well. Thank you Xtra Mile!

Went in last Tuesday to look at some running shoes. Being new to running I had no idea what I was supposed to be looking for. Jay was so helpful and took the time to try several different types of shoes to see what worked best for me. He also informed me of running groups! We had a wonderful experience!
