I had a great experience shopping for a pair of running shoes. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful. He brought out three pairs based on my gait and information I provided and one of those pairs was perfect. I'll definitely head back to Xtra Mile Running for other purchases.
I've gotten my last several pairs of running shoes from Xtra Mile and always get the best service! I have never felt rushed or pushed into something I don't really want. The associates listen to what I want and make thoughtful recommendations. And I love supporting a local shop so, even when they don't have what I want in stock, I always ask them to order them for me rather than order from some online retailer who doesn't care about me!
