I for one thought this would be a good place to get a loan, I think I made a mistake, due to a banking mistake or error. I asked to see if I can make a partial payment for my loan, NOPE I have dealt with Money Direct (Near Toronto Online) they are most flexible when it comes to loans and payment, Xtra Cash Ltd are not the easiest or flexible company to deal with. I don't think I will deal with them again.
Always friendly, non judgemental and very clear on terms. I do recommend this company if your struggling and need the help.
I did not appreciate being lied to via phone call...They don't accept Social Assistance" as an income, but will go into your account and deduct it anyway or leave you with NSF!!! Contract says pay in person amount owed! But go into your account anyway and take what they want!! Totally unfair and do not care about your personal life issues that highly involve not paying on time!! WOW is all i can say
It is the hardest place to get a loan in Sudbury, take it from someone that has gone to all of them. Had to go in two times all to get $100. Unlike the other reviews the ladies were nice to me and continue to be nice every month I go back.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM XTRACASH!!!!!!!! The first time I went into this place, it wasn't too bad, the lady was super nice, albeit very slow with going over all the paperwork. Today, I went in and was treated horribly by the lady working. She didnt even provide me with a copy of the paperwork until asked, gave me a ripped up 20$ bill. I asked for a different bill and my copy of the paperwork, and she was incredibly rude to me, condescending my decision to ensure I had my copy.
