I had a great experience with Extendible stretch. This was my first time going to a stretch studio and I was not disappointed. I left with less tension and I felt very relaxed after leaving. The front desk staff was very friendly and the therapist was very informative and accommodating. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to include stretch therapy in their self care routine.
