Wild, I called to ask about some products and the guy who picked up the phone answered like I was bothering him. He hung up before I Was able to ask him anything. Too bad because they are close to us and we were looking for a new supplier for our truck tarps. Hopefully their customer service will improve so we can try again in the future
I have ordered several of there vinyl tarps and they are the best tarps I have found so far.. I have gone through many poly tarps which fall apart in a year or less time.. Would highly recommend the vinyl tarps.. They are strong and should last a long time.. Great tarps and will certainly continue to buy their vinyl tarps over any of the poly tarps out there..
Horrible company who falsely advertises products - DON'T buy from them. I purchased a 20x50 shade cloth they they boast is 90% Shade and water and UV resistant made from Heavy Duty fabric for $347.98. The shade disintegrated within a month. I've been trying to get ahold of the company to get a refund or a replacement but never get a response and when I called I was told they couldn't help me.
Excellent job on tarps, Jesse and his staff are great to work with!
