I recently coordinated with Bert from this company, and he was very helpful, prompt to respond, and professional.
I have an older GE standby generator, and was in need of parts. I searched online and found a few sites that said they could get parts, and even made two orders, they both cancelled due to being unable to procure them. I have been looking for over three weeks for anyone who might have the parts, and I finally found Xspec. Great service and knowledgeable staff.
I want to thank Emily and the Bomont tech ( I believe Norm?) for my Generac service recently. Fine work and advice given and taken, and issues are resolved the right way. In a world of poor customer service, this business is old school, and I highly recommend regarding generator service.
