Alex (owner) called claiming a pickup “for a Mr. Gilles.” No first name. No phone number. No work order. Then he asked me for our client’s contact info. Couldn’t provide a VIN, last 6, release form, bill of lading, pickup authorization, driver ID, or insurance. Called from multiple phone numbers for the same business. I WOULD NOT recommend this company for the simple reason that if you need to cancel the transport you may not get your money refunded. I contactd this company to transport a car, sent my money (check) which they promptly deposited and was deducted from my account. Before the pickup date for the vehicle, we had to cancel for circumstances beyond our control. The company never came out. Alex was my contact person.
