I have placed half a dozen or so orders with Xpressdocs this year. All went well until this last order. I had my first experience using the online chat customer service and could not be more disappointed. I had a concern about a 1000 piece order I placed more than two weeks ago, the end of May. I have not received my complimentary copy, my test clients have not received their copies and there has not been a single QR code scan(my past mailers have all generated dozens of scans). Express Docs has been most helpful when I needed Customer Service, especially today with Brian. He really took the time to explain to me what I was doing wrong trying to create these four page brochures. I’ve used them so many times before, but this time I was getting a low resolution on the pictures. It was the way I was downloading them from my photographers site. Also with a new AI features I had questions on the inside description. He was very nice, friendly and respectful
