I know the reviews aren’t the best, but at the end of the day I wish people understood that this is a BUSINESS. You purchased a car, they financed it for you, you have to pay them back. No one understands this more than I do. They gave me a chance after having a vehicle repossessed recently (due to a shady ex), and they let me pay my down payment in installments, and let me drive off the lot on just a promise to pay! I am now the owner of my car 😃😃 Robin and Curtis have been very kind to me and I only needed an extension a few times throughout the life of my loan. I recommend them if you can’t afford a large down payment from other dealers.
Horrible company all they want is MONEY MONEY. Even during this pandemic you think they would be a little more understanding but nope. Chris is very rude and so is the lady in the office. Terrible company will never recommend anyone to them not even to the Car dealership horrible people. Don’t go there even if it’s your last result, definitely not friendly or helpful people. My car was in a accident all they cared about was when the payment will be made not even if I was okay or the issues with the vehicle.
I like them they work with you if you have to push back a payment. I have no issues with them.
Have asked not to call they keep calling 15 to 20 times a day there's nothing but a spam company
