Absolutely disgraceful service. Scheduled appointment, took time off work, prepared the area and waited, and waited and waited - only to be told the drivers arrived but nobody was home and so they left. Really, our house is surrounded by cameras, no delivery truck ever came down the street. Yet these guys think it is acceptable to then take the washing machine and dryer back to the warehouse and then have meet wait on hold for over 60 minutes trying to understand what is going on. Very slow loading unloading
By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had would be with RXO logistics -- AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Delivery is fast for such a delapitated place
