I wish i could rate them a 0. I bought a washing machine from rona, and they changed the dates and times of the delivery 4 times on us, each time they gave us a delivery date and time, it would be in 3-4 hr time frames like 2-5pm etc and we would have to wait at home for them for 3-4hrs at a time. They failed to deliver or communicate that they wouldnt be able deliver during those time frames, collectively wasting over 10+ hours of our time with us just having to sit and wait for them at home.
