Damaged and disassembled loads becoming a regular thing with this company from this terminal and savannah ga just bad care for your product and then they expect you to do all the paper work to fix it just pathetic
I worked with XPO Logistics for a couple of years and their communication used to be great. They always called to schedule deliveries. Now they just show up without notice, and when I call, they say that’s how they do it and it’s not their problem. The service and attitude have really gone downhill. Because of this, I no longer want to work with them.
Horrible service lies and delays left and right. Nobody has info on anything tney loose products on almost each load they touch
