Great facility and helpful employees!
I ordered a bike through Peleton and this company was supposed to deliver it. The first time they showed up outside the 4-hour delivery window. The second time they gave a 5 minutes notice, delivered the item they put together on the truck, damaged my house and bike, and then blamed Peleton. Please do not buy anything that uses this company for delivery.
Best experience picking up a package from a truck dock I've ever had!!! 👍
Ordered a mattress and they said it would be a week before they could deliver. When they went to deliver they claim I wasn't home even though all my vehicles had been at my house the entire time. No call or door knock. This company is a bunch of crooks.
