I just want to express how helpful AJ was in assisting me with getting my pallet delivered. Apparently there was an issue with the BOL. They were not as helpful at the Houston terminal and kept transferring me to different people but once I contacted the Garland terminal and spoke with AJ, not only was she helpful in helping me get my pallet delivered but she made a follow up call to ensure I had it. That’s what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks again AJ
