I am beyond disappointed with XPO Logistics’ customer service and complete lack of concern for safety. XPO delivered my packages to my child care facility and left behind multiple damaged, falling-apart pallets. These aren’t sturdy pallets that can simply be stacked in a corner—they have broken boards, exposed nails, and are exactly the kind of thing young children will want to climb on.
