Ordered a traeger grill $2000 item weights quite a bit they dropped it in my front yard BLOCKING MY CAR IN and left no contact or knock on the door nothing called to see why and they tell me its traegers fault but I know they requested the grill be dropped in my care where I requested now they refuse to help and im stuck playing phone tag to the driver that did this you are completely unprofessional anyone who has worked in a delivery service knows not to drop blocking vehicles

Great service, friendly employees. Very helpful. Didn't even have to help load except put tailgate down lol. Very fast wasn't there for more then 15 minutes.

Just took delivery of a pallet with flooring. I was taken aback by the preponderance of negative reviews. Happy to say my experience is the opposite. Pallet packed well by Kahrs flooring, which I am sure makes a difference. Easy to track (and obsess with watching it move and stall). Once at local terminal (Tucson in this case), a quick phone call and delivery was set up for next day. Was called by driver about 10 minutes before arrival. First time using this service to drop off built pallets from a trade show. I could not be more pleased. The grounds are clearly marked, the office is clean and extremely easy to use for regular customers, and the staff were friendly and professional. Some places, I wait a half hour or more for a forklift to pick my pallet off my u-haul - this was three minutes MAX. I cannot recommend them enough for personal LTL freight.
