Horrible company. We try not to use XPO and they usually come around once a month to deliver something like a bathtub or window well and its damaged or the pallet is smashed up and has to be rebanded onto another one. Compared to other LTL carriers it seems like XPO is lacking professionalism.
They'll deliver your parts when they get around to it.
