Horrible experience. To be clear, I’m not sure which location it was I dealt with - either the Warren one, or the Saginaw one, but if I’m told which one it is I’ll delete the inaccurate review. Ordered a riding lawn mower from tractor supply on 5/9 and ordered it and paid extra for it to be delivered. Shipping apparently goes through XPO Logistics. HORRIBLE COMPANY.... They intentionally leave the class off the BOL... then when they get there hands on it they charge you $25 for an inspection(because the class isn't listed on the BOL)... then they tack on a bunch of fees.. they charged an extra $70 "tarriff" because they had to pick it up at a dealership which was clearly noted in the shipping quote... and the dealership parking lot was EMPTY.... The worst place that you will ever use. Have been waiting for something for so long, first they didn't show up to pick it up, then they picked it up and were supposed to deliver on the 15th and they didn't. They were supposed to deliver on the 16th 8-12 am and they didn't. Now we have no estimate as when it will be delivered, i guess whenever they like to. We are 30 min away from Warren and there is no excuse to take this long. They are horrible!
