These guys are ridiculous. They quote you a price and then try to upcharge you for anything. Driver forgot a pallet jack and had to handbomb the order and tried charging additional funds. Delivery means delivery. Stop trying to charge additional fees and just do your job.

We ship to across the country all the time to residential customers. Our delivery had forklift damage and we were able to salvage most of the order. Put a small claim in and it was denied as the delivery person didn't mark it damaged. Our retail residential customers don't know there process. The pictures clearly show a fork lift puncture. We waited 5 months to here it was denied. Everyone makes mistakes but when you do, take ownership and make it right. That's what my company does. This is the absolute worst shipping company ever. Still holding my order hostage and not giving me a real reason. Now they are on vacation for another week and its still sitting there. The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

I purchased an appliance from Rona - RXO is their preferred delivery company. The RXO delivery men were rude and demanded that I remove the front door, even though there was no need. They argued and said that I didn't pay for a haul-away service (why would I buy a new appliance just to have the old one sit in my house ?). They left the appliance in the hallway and walked out of my house.
