Biggest clowns on the road!! Tell your driver's to hang up and use his damn phone properly
These guys are ridiculous. They quote you a price and then try to upcharge you for anything. Driver forgot a pallet jack and had to handbomb the order and tried charging additional funds. Delivery means delivery. Stop trying to charge additional fees and just do your job.
We ship to across the country all the time to residential customers. Our delivery had forklift damage and we were able to salvage most of the order. Put a small claim in and it was denied as the delivery person didn't mark it damaged. Our retail residential customers don't know there process. The pictures clearly show a fork lift puncture. We waited 5 months to here it was denied. Everyone makes mistakes but when you do, take ownership and make it right. That's what my company does.
