XPO is an amazing LTL freight service! They are professional! They don’t damage things and the prices are great.
Wow. Had me sitting for 7:45 hours waiting for a pick up even though they knew they were not comming. Guess their phone/email was broken. They want me to do the same tomorrow even though they keep saying its not a "guaranteed pick up". They are charging $540 for a 120lb pallet. Employee actually told me that they are a "small outfit" and dont have the man power. What a poor way to do business
