Walked in, l was greeted and got my pick up within minutes and was on my way.
XPO read Google maps and interpreted my two-lane paved County road as impassable for their standard semi trucks, and they had no two-axle box trucks. They transferred my shipment to another shipper, causing a long and unnecessary delay.
