XPO read Google maps and interpreted my two-lane paved County road as impassable for their standard semi trucks, and they had no two-axle box trucks. They transferred my shipment to another shipper, causing a long and unnecessary delay.

I am so grateful to Nick and the team at XPO Santa Rosa. I had been working on a holiday present for my family for over a year. The package was delayed in the middle portion of the transit, and it potentially wasn't going to arrive in time. Nick got creative in the problem solving and moved some resources to make sure that the package got to us in time. He literally saved Christmas! I am so thankful for his help.
