Front office staff is very helpful but for the most part your cargo most likely will be damaged coming from here. I quit driving for this company and took a pay cut because of all the damages. It became conflicting delivering from here if you want good items shipped in a timely fashion from people who care try 24/7 logistics for your cargo.
Terrible service and employees hang up on you before they even pick up the phone
some companies go out of their way to get you products to you , sorry to say xpo is not one of them, lost the first order, second said i was not there to receive and i was, this is what corporate america is, big business cares nothing about the little guy
