Very professional shipper. The staff was very courteous and helpful during my visit showing every concern about my needs. They made sure I had all information correct on the Bill of Laden and gave me personal attention the minute I walked into the business.
It's below okay but it's an unorganized company communication is not a priority here also they value freight over drivers and dock employees and safety... managers treat employees like kids and alot more bs goes on here than a little bit employees don't value managers because there's no leadership here it's just here sign this write up because they don't want to take the blame for themselves... just terrible.... As of two years ago we do not let let non xpo drivers parked on this property anymore. Just check in at the Security shack and they will let you know if your load is ready or not.
