No parking on site. When the guard says, "You don't check in with dispatch, because you checked in with me," ignore her. Otherwise, when you call to check your load status, dispatch will ask if you checked in with them, then say they do not know who you are, so you need to come back and check in with them. Then after you check in with them, gtfo because you can't wait there, in the middle of south Memphis. Be warned. Charge accordingly. I don't know what changed here, but they went full Memphis at some point.
Very professional shipper. The staff was very courteous and helpful during my visit showing every concern about my needs. They made sure I had all information correct on the Bill of Laden and gave me personal attention the minute I walked into the business.
