My experience with disbatch and driver pickup from the Renton, WA location exceeded my expectations.
Horrific customer service and even worse communication. Do not use this company. Fona at the service desk was also extremely unhelpful and rude
Some of our vendors use XPO to send us supplies and we've used XPO a few times for freight shipping. We've always been happy with them. Friendly drivers. They've never broken anything. Things get from point A to point B. Their website and tracking work. Prices are good.
Some of the worst in the shipping and logistics biz, which is pretty abysmal when you figure every LTL freight shipping company is run by people incapable of picking up phones, reading emails, sending tracking numbers, or even doing the very basic job of...delivering a pallet. Do not answer emails, do not know how to do basic math (we're talking 1+1 level of inability), do not know how to read clear, multi-placed labels with redundant information on them.
