I have had nothing but the BEST experience with XPO! From the customer service, to dispatch to delivery. Our company has large shipments of VERY heavy stone decking delivered through them and we have never had any issues. Today I had the pleasure of meeting one of the best drivers I’ve ever encountered and he went above and beyond to get the material delivered to a job site for us, despite VERY unfavorable delivery conditions. Awful communication, customer service, and reliability. I was lied to by delivery driver, XPO, and IKEA. Made me rescheduled my delivery but went ahead and let a total stranger signed my package and dropped it in some obscure corner of a massive mill building on the original day of delivery without informing me. Took me a month to find it because they withheld proof of delivery from me every time I called (despite saying they would have it sent to me). Lousy business
