I waited almost 45 minutes to pick up my shipment. I had to go actually in the warehouse to get someone to help me.
We recently had something delivered via XPO Logistics through Home Depot, and the experience was drastically different from our previous delivery with Lowe’s, which did not use this company. The delivery driver was highly unprofessional when we asked him to cover his shoes because we had just redone our floors.
