I recently received 2 packages delivered by this company and wish there is a way to give the negative stars. First crate came in last week and I was not happy with the guy who delivered. I didn’t want that, but the same delivery guy came again. He walked up and asked me to sign on their device but I said I would need to inspect the package first and sign then he kind of showed irritable attitude and walked away. I waited almost 45 minutes to pick up my shipment. I had to go actually in the warehouse to get someone to help me.

We recently had something delivered via XPO Logistics through Home Depot, and the experience was drastically different from our previous delivery with Lowe’s, which did not use this company. The delivery driver was highly unprofessional when we asked him to cover his shoes because we had just redone our floors.
