The service manager out of San Luis Obispo literally drove my package over 70 miles one way in his personal vehicle, because a truck wasn't available. That's some serious dedication and customer service! Tracking was also accurate, and the lady who contacted me when my delivery was close, was very friendly and accommodating. Very impressed!
Absolutely pathetic. Waited two full days and they do not show up. Worthless “customer service.” Avoid this company like the plague. I’m done waiting so they will have to ship the package back to the vendor
American freight companies keep showing they make their own rules.....yet another delivery schedule they blow off, and drop finish materials on driveway 6 hours early because it serves their purpose...regardless of weather....thanks XPO, class act
Took work off for them to deliver a bike and they said they stopped by, DIDNT, as I’ve been here waiting the entire day with my sister. And cancelled the delivery. SO unprofessional and frustrating. Will cancel any shipment coming from them in the future.
