American freight companies keep showing they make their own rules.....yet another delivery schedule they blow off, and drop finish materials on driveway 6 hours early because it serves their purpose...regardless of weather....thanks XPO, class act
Took work off for them to deliver a bike and they said they stopped by, DIDNT, as I’ve been here waiting the entire day with my sister. And cancelled the delivery. SO unprofessional and frustrating. Will cancel any shipment coming from them in the future.
