The place and the people there are all like hypocrites. Management sucks on the inbound team straight up I'm not even joking. And you wonder why drivers don't even like coming here. The management on the inside do not even know how to run things they run things by off of thought but not offer experience. Safety here is a joke! They have you do all the inspections and stuff and they do nothing to fix things but keep on telling you to write reports about what needs to get fixed for safety for the next person. I am so confused on how this business is profitable. I think they need a huge restructure. When you go here multiple times for pickups and it takes anywhere from 5 to 12 hrs every single time just to pickup a few pallets and a couple boxes there is definitely something wrong from the top down. Very very lazy employees with no drive or regard for the companies money.
