Poor communication and unreliable. Been waiting on our washer dryer for 2 weeks now. We have dealt with this issue multiple times. Would highly recommend you avoid this company. It’s hard because I know they are used as 3rd party delivery
My communication lines are down in front of my house coming into my driveway after we gave them plenty of notice to not use our main driveway and nothing has been done. I spoke with the drive and asked why he didn’t meet at the location requested and he obviously never even read the instructions until I told him that there was instructions. The only reasons the lines were low was from the previous driver almost pulling them down the last time they sent us a delivery
Had to pick up some product we needed right away. Office was helpful and the guys in the loading area got me loaded up really quick. Good people.
