My husband and I run a moving company. We were awaiting a small shipment that was due to be delivered the following day. Initially they were unable to off load because the did not have a lift gate and my husband was on a job, therefore unable to use his liftgate to pull it off the truck. A Mr. Eric (driver) worked diligently to get this shipment to us that same day. He met up with another driver with a lift gate and had it to us by early afternoon.
