They will quote you the lowest possible rate upfront, but once your shipment arrives, they will invent numerous excuses to demand that you pay nearly double the original shipping fee. It is absolutely infuriating and deeply disappointing.
My driver showed up right on time, and she was super helpful getting the delivery right where I needed it. She definitely went above and beyond. The folks in the office on the phone were also great.
Idk who the new driver is but damn talk about going right instead of left and going the wrong way.....
