tried to pick up a skid without a bill, told them needed one and they sent it, be a week tomorrow and no pickup yet.... what a joke...
I made a purchase from Ghostbed and opted for the white glove delivery which is extra but due to our health I was happy to pay the extra fee. So Ghostbed uses XPO Logistics for this service. Well, I've been cancelled 3 times now for my delivery!!! And they only come my way on Thursdays so that's 3 weeks! The little person should be just as important as the million dollar businesses they work with!! I spoke with a customer service rep and she could've cared less if I ever get my bed. Shame on this company.
