I was asked to be at my daughter and son-in-law’s house to sign for a delivery by XPO. The driver pulled up and handed me his device to sign for it, which I did. His name on the receipt is Patrick G. The delivery was on November 24, 2025 to Petersburg, VA originating in Keokuk, IA. The delivery person then began complaining that the street had been very hard to turn onto. tried to pick up a skid without a bill, told them needed one and they sent it, be a week tomorrow and no pickup yet.... what a joke...

I made a purchase from Ghostbed and opted for the white glove delivery which is extra but due to our health I was happy to pay the extra fee. So Ghostbed uses XPO Logistics for this service. Well, I've been cancelled 3 times now for my delivery!!! And they only come my way on Thursdays so that's 3 weeks! The little person should be just as important as the million dollar businesses they work with!! I spoke with a customer service rep and she could've cared less if I ever get my bed. Shame on this company.
