Why is a xpo logistics truck speeding and on a "NO THROUGH TRUCKS" road in cromwell? Who runs that operation? Do they need drug testing? Glasses? Why isnt cromwell PD or DMV on this?...
This is the worst transportation business I ever had to do business with .The most unprofessional. No one in the location doesn't know anything. If they Tell u the delivery going to be one day that was agreed a upon. it's going to be next week or maybe next month from that day .
Ordered a few Large Samsung appliance parts 3 weeks ago. lets just say they STILL have not been delivered. XPO has allegedly had them at this location since the 16th. They put the boxes on hold due to weather. Called in and made an appointment for this Monday- no one showed up. Called location to report no show. They blamed it on the weather (no weather issues this time). Rescheduled for today (Wednesday) it is now 7:21 at night and NO ONE SHOWED UP once again.
ZERO THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I RECOMMEND ANY SMALL BUSINESS FIND ALTERNATIVE CHANNELS THEY TRIPLE CHANGE FOR SHIPMENTS UNDER A FULL TRUCK LOAD! XPO CAME HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEN DROPPED THE BALL IN THE END ZONE! THE MANAGEMENT IS THE PROBLEM!
