Initially the rep Corrine seemed efficient and kind. I was asked to supply personal information and did. Communication completely stopped. The rep would not even confirm receipt of my documents. Just silence.
I have been a member for 20years and I went through something this year where I was scammed through scammers trying to pay my bill from a number online.Xplore didn’t protect me.I lost money the scammers basically won and nothing happened.Money was deducted from my account from replacing from the scam.I was told I couldn’t be reached when investigating.I reached them then contacted the power company and was able to retrieve my account and sent statements official bill statements from the bill I supposedly paid which you could... read more
