Great service, so knowledgeable and really helped solve my lower back pain.
I have leg pain and head/neck pain for many years. I went to Xpertphysio clinic and got an excellent rehab treatment there. Jian was very professional and friendly, she listened carefully and made accurate diagnosis of the root cause. I am very appreciated for her help and the 5 stars are well deserved
Jian is the best Physiotherapist I have ever met. I had seen many others over the years, but most of them just gave me long treatment plans without really figuring out what was wrong. Jian took the time to understand the real cause of my pain, and thanks to her, I’m finally able to get back to my daily routine with much less pain. Her clinic also provides great custom orthotics. What I really appreciate is that she only recommends sessions that you actually need — no pressure or upselling like I have experienced elsewhere.
Jian is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and very patient. She has an excellent understanding of the human body and carefully tailors each session to my needs. I’ve benefited greatly from EMS therapy after femur fracture surgery, along with manual therapy, and acupuncture. She uses a wide range of effective tools and techniques to support healing including ultrasound and IFC treatments.
