I was prescribed physical therapy after I fell and hurt my shoulder. Ultimately, I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. Nicki has my shoulder back to normal. I really thought surgery was going to be my only option, but she taught me how to use my muscles to gain movement and strength. After I told family members that Nicki was my therapist, my aunt and uncle both told me that "Nicki is the best therapist they have had in our area." I totally agree.
