Beware. It's been over 3 weeks and I still don't have my deposit. We agree via text. I have filed a police report as well as filed a small claims lawsuit. Unprofessional, dirty office, its basically a drug hangout spot with their homes. Don't do it!!! Sad I had to go this far and call police on a black man but I need my money. Thank goodness for Meta glasses as I have the entire office, conversation and text recorded.... BEWARE
I rented a slingahot2 months in advance. I expressed it was for an important day. I even paid 2 days for a 1 day rental to emsure it was ready. I called 4 days before to confirm and they said. Day of rental they texted me and canceled and im still waiting on refund
Cancelled the day of rental after paying far in advance and confirming a few days ago. Still waiting on refund. Would give zero stars if possible.
Very disappointing basically destroyed vacation plans paid for months in Advance no apology refund or appropriate action. Fi not depend on this company. Poor customer service
