I rented a slingahot2 months in advance. I expressed it was for an important day. I even paid 2 days for a 1 day rental to emsure it was ready. I called 4 days before to confirm and they said. Day of rental they texted me and canceled and im still waiting on refund
Cancelled the day of rental after paying far in advance and confirming a few days ago. Still waiting on refund. Would give zero stars if possible.
Very disappointing basically destroyed vacation plans paid for months in Advance no apology refund or appropriate action. Fi not depend on this company. Poor customer service

If I could give a 0 rating I would. This company collected our full payment 2 months in advance of reservation date; we are talking hundreds! We stayed in contact with them until the day of rental and were reassured that everything was good to go. The day of ride, they texted, they did not have a vehicle for us! This ruined a group ride for us that we had been planning for an entire year. We were promised a refund and have still not received it. They are no longer returning phone calls or texts.
