My recent visit to XLNC Furniture left me with very mixed feelings. On one hand, the furniture itself was impressive; the items appeared well-made and highly functional. The quality was good and definitely caught my eye. However, the customer experience was severely lacking and disappointing. The sales staff seemed completely uninterested and made no effort to take care of me or offer assistance. There was zero follow-up or engagement from any team member.
